How to Request a Refund

• To request a refund, please send an email to contact@enjoybalitour.com with the following information:

• Your full name and phone number

• Proof of your tour reservation

• The tour you took with us

• The date of your tour

• The name of your tour guide

• A description of your tour experience and the reason you are requesting a refund

Terms & Conditions

• Bookings and payments must be made directly through our website. This offer does not apply if you booked your tour through a third-party website.

• You must be able to prove your identity as the person who paid for and participated in the tour.

• We cannot control weather conditions or local circumstances (e.g., traffic, traditional ceremonies, etc.), so we

• are unable to issue refunds for incidents caused by these factors.

• Refund requests must be submitted via email within 22 days of your tour date.
